Refund Policy

The entry fee is a registration fee for the tournament, set and kept by the organiser. If the organiser cancels the tournament, does not approve your registration, or you are not picked by any team (unsold), the organiser refunds the fee. Refunds are made by the organiser, not by Smash/Bid.

Each auction shows its own refund rule, and the organiser's name and contact, on the page where you pay, before you pay. If you withdraw, that rule says what you get back.

The payment app or Razorpay may keep its own transaction fee; that is between the organiser and them. Refunds go back to the way you paid, and may take 5 to 7 working days to show.
